Overview
Description: During this project, students interview a partner and create a nametag that represents their partner. This project serves as an introduction to computer-aided design and makerspace equipment.
Distance Learning: This project includes an in-person learning and a distance learning option. The in-person learning option may be completed using a 3D printer, laser cutter/engraver, vinyl cutter/printer, or any combination of these machines.
Standards: This project aligns to Common Core State Standards for English Language Arts, Next Generation Science Standards, International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards, Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills, and Florida CPALMS Standards for kindergarten through fifth grade.
